ADMISSION

Saskatoon International & Saskatoon Public Schools have a long history of leadership amongst Canadian high schools offering a tradition of excellence and innovation since 1884.

To become a part of the legacy follow the steps to apply below:

Step One

Complete the Application Package. The package is available online to be printed and mailed, emailed or faxed.

For admission please enclose:       

  • Application for Admission
      • Letter of Recommendation
      • Transcript of marks for the past two years of school (originals & English translation)
      • A copy of your birth certificate or passport
      • One passport photograph

For homestay please enclose:

  • Student personal profile
  • A letter of introduction to your host family
  • Photos of you and your family

Step Two

Once we have reviewed your application we will send you a conditional letter of acceptance and an invoice for the application fee, homestay placement fee, and homestay rent & tuition for one semester.

If you are paying by electronic transfer, please write the name of the student clearly on any forms you fill in, and include the swift code (above) to help facilitate and track the transfer. Any applicable banking charges are the responsibility of the applicant.

Step Three

Once we have received payment we will send you an official letter of acceptance, notarized custodianship documentation and a receipt by courier to you or your agent.  Use these documents to apply for a student visa from the Canadian High Commission in your country. Attach your acceptance letter and proof of payment with your application.

Step Four

Prepare to travel to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.  You should arrive one week prior to the start of classes.

Step Five

Email or Fax your travel plans to our office.  Our Homestay Coordinator and a homestay family member will meet you at the airport and take you to your new home.
